So where to start… I really fell in love with this place. I left it with tears in my eyes after several times extending my stay.
So happy to have been able to meet the owners and co-owners, their kindness is revealed in every part of the house. I highly recommend this place which was for me the cheapest in Mosman and by far the warmest. The location is perfect for those who would like to discover Mosman, the buses are easy to access, the park, rocky point, beaches, stadium, basketball court, children’s playgrounds, city center (There is everything), Taronga Zoo, Yatch Club, restaurants, cafe, bar, massage salon, manicure….,hairdresser, bookstore and everything else…
This place may also be of interest to those who are enrolled at the Flying Fish Sailing School (RYA) which is about a 30-minute walk away. Easily accessible by bus as well. Thanks again

Amazing house next to Balmoral Beach in Mosman. Room was great, large communal spaces and always kept clean. Hosts very very responsive with messages. Would recommend.

To reach Balmoral Beach House, head to ‘The Esplanade’ from Almora St. Proceed up the street until it inclines. Our property will be on the right-hand side.
How do you get to Balmoral Beach from the city?
There are three routes to reach Balmoral Beach. Firstly, you can take bus number 248 directly from the city center to the beach. Alternatively, you can opt for the ferry departing from Circular Quay to Taronga Zoo, then transfer to bus number 238.
